We improved our telemedicine services so that crew members can get in touch with our team in advance, streamlining logistics, planning and assistance on the ground. In addition, we offer the convenience of digitally prescribing medications, allowing crew members to have access to the necessary medications when they are on Brazilian soil.
Repatriation
We provide follow-up with a highly qualified and trained health team to assist in the crew repatriation process.
Medical Reports
At the end of each service, we provide medical reports that are essential for more efficient planning and meeting the future needs of both the crew and the ship. In hospitalization situations, we establish continuous contact and prepare daily reports for management, aiming at managing effect of the case.

We carry out thorough audits of medical bills, with the aim of clarifying any charges made by third parties.
Service Network
Due to our wide national coverage, we are able to establish a service network that guarantees continuity, even when the crew member is in transit between different regions.
